The name Fior d’Arancio comes from a gentle hint of citrus fruits, the hallmark of this yellow Moscato, which is typical of the volcanic soil in the Euganean hills.
La Montecchia Fior d’Arancio Spumante is made from orange blossom yellow moscato grapes. It is characterized by a pale yellow color with green nuances and an intense aroma with hints of orange and lemon. It has a fine, velvety perlage and a sweet, harmonic and persistent taste. This wine is an excellent accompaniment to fruit tarts and biscuits after meals.

Selected grapes are cooled at 0.5?C, then softly pressed to enhance the fruity aroma. The must ferments at 10?C until the desired pressure is reached. Stands for 15 days at -2?C.
