Sassotondo Tuforosso is characterized as dark red ruby in color, with beautiful vivacity. The bouquet is fresh, intense and consistent with notes of red berries and plum. The taste is clean, dry but warm thanks to its soft tannins; a non-intrusive acidity makes it a very good companion with nearly anything.
